Guide to Greener Litter Picks
Volunteers armed with litter pickers have been protecting our green spaces around Newcastle. Our members wanted to make sure litter picking didn’t generate unnecessary greenhouse gas emissions. We’ve pulled together suggestions on how to make our litter picking greener! We can make a difference, whether it’s a quick litter pick near our home, a stroll with a few friends or an organised event.
